Internships at CCC
Fulfilling, Flexible, and Enriching
At CCC, interns are extremely important to us when it comes to fostering new talent. Our interns receive hands-on experience working with full-time employees and a personal advisor. Additionally, CCC interns enjoy a high rate of conversion to full-time employment upon the conclusion of their internships. We hire interns across our entire company—from engineering to accounting and consulting to marketing, and everything in between. We hire large cohorts of interns to help foster collaboration and create a supportive environment where interns can grow together. Most interns complete their program during the summer but there are some that continue into the fall and spring semesters. We offer flexible arrangements in order to reach the broadest possible pool of potential talent. Some interns are virtual in New York or California while others are onsite in Chicago. Our 12-week program is fulfilling, flexible, and enriching.
A Personalized Experience
Rather than waste time or engage in menial tasks, CCC Interns are able to work on real projects where they not only gain crucial work experience, but also have the opportunity to see the company drive forward. This individualized approach to the internship program is designed to meet the specific needs of each of our incoming interns. Each intern is given a personal advisor who shares their knowledge and current projects in order to offer the intern a real look at work at the company. Additionally, their manager will give actual projects that full-time employees would work on where the interns not only receive that crucial hands-on experience, but are also provided with feedback and checks-ins throughout the project in order to properly support their success and growth.
